4. Earning and Balance System
Our platform uses a dual balance system:
- Earning Balance: Withdrawable earnings from ROI and bonus ads
- Purchase Balance: Non-withdrawable funds used only for buying investment packs
- Minimum withdrawal: $5.00 from Earning Balance
- Minimum deposit: $1.00 to Purchase Balance
5. Investment Packs
When purchasing investment packs:
- You must view pack ads daily to earn ROI
- ROI earnings are not automatic - you must actively view ads
- Pack duration is 30 days from purchase date
- Earnings go directly to your Earning Balance
- All sales are final - no refunds for pack purchases
- No refunds will be issued once the service has been collected - Once you have viewed any pack ads or bonus ads, the service is considered delivered and no refunds are available
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
Payment terms:
- Deposits are processed instantly to Purchase Balance
- Withdrawals require admin approval (24-48 hours)
- We only process cryptocurrency payments
- All transactions are final once processed
- You are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses
7. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from:
- Creating multiple accounts
- Using VPNs or proxies to bypass restrictions
- Sharing or selling your account
- Participating in referral fraud
- Any activity that violates platform integrity
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Actions may include:
- Immediate account suspension for violations
- Forfeiture of earnings from fraudulent activity
- Permanent ban from the platform
- Legal action if necessary
9. Limitation of Liability
Clixoads is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Losses resulting from cryptocurrency market fluctuations
- Technical issues or platform downtime
- User errors in transactions
- Third-party payment processor issues
10. Changes to Terms
